Anti-SPAM Policy

At Zoomtrader, we have a zero-tolerance policy for the sending of any span and unsolicited mail. The use of third party, purchased, rented or harvested mailing lists is strictly prohibited and any affiliate found to be doing this will be banned from cooperating with us.

If you have received such unsolicited mail from any one of our affiliates, please inform us immediately at support@zoomtrader.com. We investigate every complaint that we receive our support team will contact you detailing the action that we are taking to deal with the issue.
We take several steps to ensure that abuse is kept to a minimum. These include;

  1. Interviewing any new affiliates about the origin of their mailing lists and their marketing practices. We will simply not cooperate with any affiliates who do not meet our standards.
  2. Reading all Zoomtrader created emails before they are sent. Anything sent through our system will be checked by a member of our own staff. If we have any concerns, the mailing will be stopped and revised.
  3. Immediately opening an investigation is an abuse complaint is received, whether that be to our support address or through one of the feedback loops we maintain.

If you suspect that an affiliate has been abusing our service, please contact us immediately at support@zoomtrader.com. All complaints are investigated, and you will receive a detailed response regarding how the matter is being dealt with.
